Hyeown Park, DNP, CNM, WHNP-BC

Hyewon Park, DNP, CNM, WHNP-BC, is a Certified Nurse-Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner practicing at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Nurse-Midwifery and Women’s Health from Rutgers University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Columbia University.

Her clinical interests include comprehensive women’s health, pregnancy and childbirth, contraception and family planning, preconception care, and reproductive health. She is particularly passionate about providing culturally responsive, patient-centered care and supporting patients through shared decision-making throughout their reproductive lives. Fluent in both Korean and English, Park is committed to providing linguistically and culturally responsive care to diverse patient populations.

Park is board-certified as both a Certified Nurse-Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She was a recipient of the New Jersey Midwifery Education Project Scholarship and participated in the ECHO Series in Reproductive Health, an initiative focused on expanding access to evidence-based reproductive health care and strengthening provider education in New Jersey. She is committed to advancing equitable access to high-quality reproductive and women’s health care.
