Columbia Ob/Gyn walks with March for Babies in White Plains, NY

The team from NewYork-Presbyterian/Lawrence Hospital walked with the March for Babies in White Plains, NY this past Sunday, April 28 in support of the Preterm Birth Prevention Center at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Thousands attended the march, helping to raise critical funds to support research, advocacy, and programs to support the health of moms and babies across the United States.

March for Babies, the oldest walk in the nation, gathers thousands of people at events across the country who share the commitment to advocate on behalf of moms and babies. In Westchester last year more than 3,000 walkers, volunteers and sponsors attended. The event included a family festival with food, music, and activities that take place after the walk, as well as a Superhero Sprint for children under 10 years old.
