Kristina M D'Antonio, LCSW
Overview
Kristina D’Antonio received her MSW from NYU Silver School of Social Work and completed postgraduate training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at the William Alanson White Institute. In addition to providing direct care to individual patients and groups using psychodynamic, relational, and cognitive-behavioral approaches, she serves as the Manager of Clinical Services in the Women's Mental Health Division @Ob/Gyn. Ms. D'Antonio has a background working in psychiatric research, with patients suffering from severe mental illness in an inpatient setting, and in providing outpatient psychotherapy to individuals and groups. Her clinical interests include the treatment of post-partum depression, the impact of early trauma on the perinatal period, and sexual challenges in women. Ms. D'Antonio provides clinical supervision to both MSW and psychiatric NP students, and serves as an advisor at the Columbia University School of Social Work.
